Chunk Light

It seems it has been a while since I've had a tuna lunch kit... the tuna now comes in a pouch that only reminds me of cat food a little bit and I got a plastic spoon instead of a wooden one that sets my teeth on edge. And I put in the whole packet of relish so that must count as a serving of veggies, right?

umm, I don't want to give assvice, but I'm due a little bit after you and my doctor told me not to eat tuna b/c of the pregnancy. I don't know, maybe I'm wrong. This is my first pregnancy, which is totally making me stupid.

Don't worry about giving assvice... you know I'd give it to you!!

I believe the current standard guideline is no more than 6 ounces of high-mercury content fish (like tuna) per week and I eat one of those lunch-kits about once a month.

Did your doc give you guidelines for caffeine, soft cheese, hot dogs & deli meat? Those seem like the other big ones they warn about....
