Menu planning gone awry

Last week's meals were a hodge-podge so I'm trying to get back on schedule this week.  Technically, this is week 2 of my two-week meal planning and it is going to be sketchy.... this is a rough week at work and this is my sad little attempt at control.

Su:  Pot Roast
M:  Burgers & Potato Wedges
Tu:  Mac-n-cheese and leftover chicken after football
W:  Uh-oh.  I only have planned until Tuesday?  Ok... um....  Cheese & Tortillas
Th:  Sandwiches & Salad or maybe McD's before football
Fri:  Pizza Bites or Egg Rolls
Sa:  Regroup and Try, try again
