Bedwetting

Here's an interesting article that associates bedwetting and constipation.  The most interesting part is about how the colon can get stretched out and a kid can have regular bowel movements and still be constipated.

I know, right? Worth investing in the giant 3-pack of fake miralax at Costco.

All three of my kids inherited my colon issues so I mix a glass of miralax and split it three ways on a pretty regular basis but I haven't gotten into any sort of more serious colon routine for any of them.
