Chicken Spaghetti: Use leftover chicken or one of those whole cooked ones. Mix with a diced onion, a bunch (2 handfuls??) of shredded cheese, 2 cans cream of chicken (or one can chicken, one can mushroom), a can of chicken broth, a diced green pepper, diced pimentos (or red pepper), and some cooked (al dente) spaghetti noodles. Add salt, pepper, and seasoned salt. Top with more cheese. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. (I totally stole this from the pioneer woman dot com)

PS - the pioneer woman probably makes it better.
